Through 3 simulators learn the right actions of radiation safety... and regulations.
Knowing the right radiation safety procedures before patients are treated, during the procedure and after, is what em.sim offers.
Through 3 simulators designed for all audiences, from the most experienced to newcomers, the learner discovers how, in practice, the basic gestures of good practice allow him to take charge of his own radiation safety... not to mention the patient.
It thus covers, during a fun educational course, all the points recommended by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). And masters the associated French regulations.
Whatever the mode of use, the learner has, at the end of his training, a certificate of training in radiation safety of workers in accordance with french Decree No. 2003-296 of 31 March 2003
Obligation to provide training in radiation protection:Art. R.4451-47 to R.4451-50 of the Labour Code - training to be renewed at least every 3 years
"All workers likely to operate in a supervised or controlled area shall receive radiation protection training organised by their head of establishment.
This training covers the risks related to ionizing radiation and the radiation protection procedures implemented in the establishment. It is adapted to the position occupied and the rules of conduct to be followed in the event of an abnormal situation. It takes into account the specific prevention rules applicable to pregnant women and should make women aware of the need to declare their pregnancy as early as possible. This training must be renewed periodically and, in any case, at least every three years.
In addition, each worker must be given, before any intervention in a controlled area, a notice reminding him of the particular risks associated with the position held or the intervention to be carried out, the applicable safety rules, as well as the instructions to be followed in the event of an abnormal situation."
